What We "Don't Do" To Feel Better Most of us have our list of things that we do to take care of ourselves or that make us feel better.  Do you ever think of the things you ‘don’t do’ that make you feel better? For example, I don’t watch the news.  I try not to expose myself to all the mostly embellished and negative energy of the media.  I don’t talk on a cell phone while driving.  There is enough going on while driving a car that I don’t need to add any extra distractions.
